Our mission is to provide a safe, warm, comforting group home environment for young males, ages 16-21 years old, so that they may thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually and begin new, stable lives filled with meaning, purpose, and joy.
Dr. John and Dr. Kelly DeGarmo had the vision for Never Too Late (NTL) in 2015 to create a loving home for youths in foster care. They personally have fostered over 50 individuals in their home but realized they could do even more with a community based residential home.
NTL was granted 501c3 status in 2015 and the Board of Directors raised funds to purchase the home, renovate it, outfit it to house 16 residents, and prepare the home to pass the State’s licensing process.
On October 1, 2019 NTL was approved by Georgia’s Office of Provider Management (OPM) to accept youth from the foster care system as a Transitional Living Program (TLP), Child Caring Institution.
Together, we can change the world for these youth in need.
